LAPO Household Poultry & Livestock Initiative (LAHPLI)
Initiated in August 2021, the LAPO Household Poultry & Livestock Initiative (LAHPLI) is designed to enhance the nutritional status and income of domestic poultry farmers in Nigeria.
Our mission is to support poultry business owners with affordable financial services, modern inputs and extension services.
LAPO Domestic Garden Initiative (LAPO DGI)
The LAPO Domestic Garden Initiative (LAPO DGI) promotes domestic and small-scale gardening to boost household nutrition and livelihoods. It offers micro-lending support to homeowners, gardeners, vegetable farmers, and horticulturists to establish or expand gardens using available space.
LAPO Uplift Programme (LUP)
The LAPO Uplift Programme empowers vulnerable individuals aged 20–60, including unemployed youths and IDPs, to achieve self-reliance through sustainable income-generating activities. It promotes an enterprise mindset and reduces dependence on handouts through capacity building, mentoring, and financial support via partner linkages.
